Do you show prices online?
No — every piece is made to order and quoted to your brief. We reply within one business day with no obligation.
How long does a ring take?
Most commissions are hand-crafted in three to six weeks, depending on the design and stone.
Lab-grown or natural?
Both are real, certified diamonds. We guide the choice honestly based on your priorities.
Where are you based?
Our atelier is in Alexandria, Egypt. Consultations are in person or remote.
Every piece begins personally.
Design it yourself, or tell us what you imagine. Every Cizele piece is finalised in a private consultation, with no obligation.
Made for one person
Nothing here is made in advance. Every piece is begun only after you commission it, and made for the hand it is meant for. Bring a reference, or bring nothing but an idea. Both start the same conversation.
- Covered by our warranty Every piece is guaranteed against fault in our own making. If something is wrong with how we made it, we put it right.
- Free resizing Hands change. Resizing your ring costs you nothing. Bring it back to the atelier and we will fit it again.
- Aftercare and cleaning Cleaning, stone checks and re-polishing, whenever the piece needs them. A ring you wear every day should be looked after.
