Questions, answered plainly
We do not publish prices, which means we owe you straight answers about everything else. If something you need to know is not here, ask us — we would rather have the conversation than have you guess.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because there is no single price for a piece that does not exist yet. A CIZELE ring is made to order, and what it costs depends on the stone you choose, the metal, the setting and the work involved. Two rings that look alike on screen can differ enormously once the diamond is chosen. Rather than publish a number that would be wrong for almost everyone, we price your design once we know what it is — and we tell you before any work begins.
How do I find out what a ring will cost?
Build the design you have in mind, then send it to us — every design page ends with an enquiry, and you can also reach us directly on WhatsApp. We come back with a price for that specific piece. There is no charge for asking and no obligation to go ahead.
How long does it take to make?
It depends on the design. A setting we already make, with a stone already in the atelier, is quick. Sourcing a particular diamond, or building something that has never existed before, takes longer. We give you a realistic timeline for your piece when we quote it, and we would rather tell you an honest date than a flattering one. If you are working to a specific occasion, tell us the date at the start and we will tell you straight away whether it is achievable.
How does payment work?
We agree the terms with you during your consultation, once the design and the price are settled. Nothing is due while you are still exploring.
What if the ring does not fit?
We resize it, free of charge, for as long as you own it. Ring size changes over a lifetime and that should never be your problem to pay for.
Can I return or exchange a finished ring?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your ring to return or exchange it. We would far rather you told us it was not right than kept something you did not love — and if it is a detail rather than the whole piece, talk to us first, because most things can simply be corrected.
What happens if something goes wrong with the ring?
Every CIZELE piece carries a lifetime warranty against faults in our workmanship. If a setting fails or a stone works loose because of how it was made, we repair it at no cost, for as long as you own the ring. Accidental damage and ordinary wear are different, and we will always tell you honestly which one we are looking at.
Do you check the setting over time?
Yes — bring the ring in whenever you like and we will inspect the setting, re-tighten the stones and clean it. A ring worn every day deserves looking at now and then, and there is no charge for it.
Are your diamonds certified?
The stones we hold with full grading come with independent certification from GIA, HRD or IGI — the certificate number is shown on the stone's own page, so you can verify it with the laboratory directly rather than take our word for it. We also carry stones listed by carat and cut alone; when you enquire about one, we tell you exactly what documentation comes with it.
Do you offer lab-grown as well as natural diamonds?
Both, and we do not push you toward either. A lab-grown diamond is chemically and optically a diamond; the difference is where it formed and what it costs. Some people care deeply about that origin and some do not. We will show you the same design in both and let you decide without a sales pitch.
Can I bring my own stone, or an heirloom ring?
Yes. Reusing a stone that already means something to your family is one of the best reasons to have a ring made rather than bought. Bring it in and we will tell you honestly what can and cannot be done with it.
Can you make something that is not on the website?
That is the point of the atelier. Come with a finished idea, a photograph of something you admire, or nothing at all — a blank page is a perfectly good place to start, and often the best one.
Where are you, and do I have to come in person?
Our atelier is in Egypt and you are welcome to visit and see stones in daylight, which is the only honest way to look at a diamond. If you cannot come in, we work with clients remotely over WhatsApp and video — a great many rings have been designed that way.
How do I start?
Either design something first and send it over, or simply book a consultation and start from a conversation. Both lead to the same place, and neither commits you to anything.
